Answer: The water does not have to be hot water but a pressure wash is needed. 2. Are there water sources for the contractor or should the contractor provide their own water? Answer: We do not have a water source in the parking garage. Contractor must supply the water. 3. Does the government know of any hazardous materials, which will be present while we are doing the cleaning? Answer: There are oils from car engine leaks, tire and road dust from being next to the highway. 4. What is the total square footage of the parking structure? Answer: As stated in the SOW: The parking structure is a 3 level structure located below grade. Each level is approximately 15,000 square foot. Contractors are encourage to perform their own measurements to verify garage size.
