This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02, dated November 22, 2019. Solicitation # 36C26221Q0924 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the services that fulfill the required specifications. Twelve months service. 1 EA Install Installation 1 EA SCOPE OF WORK: Procurement of software and services required to establish a new Hill-Rom Connex server (A) The intent of this Request for Quote is to enter a one year, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for connex application software, license software subscription maintenance and support, applicable software updates, and intervening service calls for Welch Allyn/Hill-Rom Connex items. (B) The Vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, parts, and transportation required to maintain and repair Welch Allyn/Hill-Rom Connex vital sign system. SCHEDULE OF SERVICES: The intent of the Government to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the software, licenses, labor, and service agreement with Hill-Rom. All items procured will be utilized to establish a new Connex server for VA San Diego.
