COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION GENERAL INFORMATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement shall be conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The award shall be based on the Offeror s ability to provide the specific supplies and services stated in the solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 intends to establish a Single Award Contract for Medical Product Research with Price Benchmarking Services. This Contract shall have a base period of one (1) year and include four (4) one (1) year options. The awarded Offeror agrees to the following terms of the Contract exclusively with the VISN facilities listed in the Attachment A. However, as requirements change, facilities within the jurisdiction of VISN 22 may be added or deleted by supplemental agreement between the Government and the Contractor. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 3-10-2021. Solicitation number 36C26221Q0602 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set-aside; the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519190, and size standard of $27.5 million dollars. Due to time constraints, responses to this RFQ shall be due on Tuesday, April 13th, 1300 PST.
