The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the VA Santa Barbara Out Patient Clinic that will expire on September 30 2021 and would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate.
