This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation. The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, located at 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343 has a requirement for construction for Project 691A4-20-201 Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes. This project will be procured as 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be listed as verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Size Standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The VA will issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on or about 6/23/2021 via Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov/. A site visit will be scheduled, and the date/time/location will be provided in the solicitation.
