This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the VA San Diego Healthcare System has an impending requirement for Off-site Parking Services. The resulting contract will be for a base period of performance and option periods totaling 5-years. Contract will begin on or about November 1, 2020. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission and the time of award. The contract shall be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price contract paid Monthly in arrears. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about August 12, 2020. No questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation. The following information pertaining to the required work is provided below for planning purposes: 1. The NAICS for this requirement is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages. The product service code is M1LZ, Operation of Parking Facilities. 2. Required Services. Due to upcoming major construction projects on the campus of the VA San Diego medical center, the Government requires parking services within close proximity of the medical center located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Services shall include the following: (a) A parking lot(s) or structure(s) with the capacity to park up to 1200 total vehicles. (b) Valet Parking Services at the Contractor s parking lot(s) or structure(s). 3. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. --End of Pre-Solicitation Notice--
