This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offerors are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) 36C26220R0119. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://beta.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219, with a size standard of $22.0M apply to this procurement. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to procure On-Site Diagnostic Medical Physics support or services to Department of Veterans. The vendor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and qualified personnel to provide on-site diagnostic medical physics support or services for the VA Long Beach System (VALBHS).
