This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offerors are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) 36C26220R0113. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, with a size standard of $8.0M apply to this procurement. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, (IDIQ) contract to procure Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service for the Nano NDL-120 Compressed Air Dryer equipment located at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS). The vendor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses, qualified personnel and other related costs to perform bi-yearly maintenance and necessary repair services on four (4) Nano NDL-120 Compressed Air Dryers located at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 22), Long Beach, CA intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service for multiple Nano NDL-120 Compressed Air Dryer located at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS). The VA anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about April 23, 2020. Proposals will be accepted for a one-year period commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process.
