This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for Proposal (RFP) 36C262-20-R-0043. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2019-01. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, with a size standard of $8.0M apply to this procurement. This is an all-inclusive contract to procure Preventive Maintenance (PM) service for Quincy Compressor Medical Vacuums located at VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS). The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide PM and Intervening Services on Quincy Compressor Medical Vacuums located at VALBHS.
