This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) 36C26220R0026. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2019-06. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219, with a size standard of $22.0M apply to this procurement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation required to maintain and repair the Rauland Responder nurse call system after business hours and holidays.
