This announcement constitutes the only solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) under solicitation number 36C262-20-Q-0792. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective November 26, 2018, respectively. The solicitation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside Solicitation; the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337214. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 22, headquartered in Long Beach, California has a requirement for Stock Task Chairs. The Contractor shall provide the product and services to the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E 7TH Street, Warehouse Building 149, Long Beach, CA 90822. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of the contract. The Government intends to award a single award firm-fixed-price contract.
