The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a SUPPLY ONLY requirement (NO INSTALLATION) to purchase eight (8) Pass-Through Chamber Windows for its Loma Linda In-Patient Pharmacy and Cancer Center Compounding Rooms to assist in meeting its compliance with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797 and 800. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of this requirement. The contractor shall participate in a kickoff meeting within ten (10) days of award issuance, in person or phone. Time and date will be determined by the VA Point of Contact (POC). Delivery will be in one (1) drop ship and completed no later than 45 days after receipt of order. Quotes shall include the standard freight and delivery cost for shipment of all items.
