Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an additional 10,000 net usable square feet warehouse space within 10 miles from the VA San Diego Healthcare System and would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition with the best option which will fulfill the requirements due to the urgent need. The cost of alterations and other factors will be considered when determining whether to lease. The location must also provide 2 parking spaces, decline level loading dock, and within 10 miles from VA San Diego Healthcare System. A lease for up to 5 years will be considered. Requirements: 1)Minimum Square Feet (ABOA) 10,000 RSF / 13,499 RSF Maximum Square Feet: 13,500 RSF 2)Parking spaces: 2 3)Delineated Areas: NORTH: Mira Mesa Blvd EAST: HWY 15 SOUTH: Miramar Road WEST: HWY 805 4)Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year floodplain and met seismic requirement. This is a non-fully serviced lease.
