The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22-L is seeking a source to provide NEPHROS S-100 point-of-use (POU) in-line water filter materials at/for the VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHCS) located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Vendor shall furnish all necessary equipment, fees, freight, incidentals, materials, parts, shipping, supplies, and transportation required to acquire and deliver NEPHROS S-100 POU in-line water filters for use with showers and sinks to mitigate legionella. Each component must be an exact or recommended replacement as per manufacturer. Vendor must ensure proper research is performed to ensure component sizing and system compatibility are considered to include allowance return, exchange and restocking of non-compatible component(s). The following items need to be procured and delivered: A. 382 each NEPHROS S-100 POU in-line water filters, Grainger item #: 55AU99 every 30 calendar days for the next 5 months (May through September). All interested parties who can provide required items shall provide an email response to this notice and include the following: Company name, Address, Point of contact, Phone, fax, and email, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business [NOTE: If you are a SDVOSB or VOSB, you must submit your certification from the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/)], Provide a copy of your company s current Representations and Certifications from www.sam.gov, and Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested materials, to include past and/or current contracts for same services, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. All responses must be received no later than Tuesday, April 21, 2020, by 10:00AM Pacific local time.
