The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to enter a lease agreement for 120 parking spaces for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) located at 5901 E. 7th St., Long Beach, CA, 90822. There are multiple construction projects that are active at VALBHS and have displaced the current parking spaces that was available. Therefore, the offsite parking is needed to supplement the parking spaces affected by the construction projects. The VA will require any space being offered to meet the following criteria: A lease for two (2) years; Occupancy is required by April 1, 2020; Shall provide at the minimum of 100 parking spaces, with a maximum of 120 parking spaces; At least 20 spaces must be ADA compliant; The proposed property must be within two (2) square mile radius of VALBHS. Parking will need to be made available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6PM (12-hour period) To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL the following when responding to this announcement: Proposed Property address with a map showing property within the two (2) mile radius. Name, phone number and email address of Property Owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e. broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation showing offerors ability to meet all the Governments requirements identified in this announcement. Amount of space offered. Date space is available. Interested offerors (owners or their legal representatives, i.e. brokers) shall submit information concerning their properties outlined above to Tue M.
