The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-conditioning Contractors). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22-L is seeking a source(s) to PERFORM Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Chlorine Dioxide Generator at/for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. This will be a Base + 4 Option Year contract. Contractor shall provide all manner, means, methods, equipment, expertise, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation, and qualified personnel and certifications necessary to perform the service at/for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Limitations of Subcontracting provisions shall apply and prior documented experience with performing asbestos abatement is required. Please see attached draft statement of work (SOW) for pertinent information which details the Government s needs.
