This is a pre-solicitation only. The Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22 is seeking a Contractor to provide three specialties; DRT MRI Technologists, MIT Ultrasound Technicians, and NMT PET/CT Technologists services. Contractor shall provide DRT MRI Technologists, MIT Ultrasound Technicians, and NMT PET/CT Technologists that independently operate radiographic, ultrasonic equipment, and nuclear medicine cameras to perform a variety of complex diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging exams, ultrasonic exams, and, general nuclear medicine and PET/CT exams. Contractor personnel shall receive patients, explain method of procedure(s), position patients, select and set technical factors, set up and adjust accessory equipment, and make and develop exposures. Contractor s personnel shall provide staffing for shifts as designated by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The Contractor will be required to provide these services for the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS). If you are interested, and can provide Medical Assistant services, a solicitation will be announced on or about December 12, 2019. All interested Contractors must respond to that solicitation announcement.
