The Department of Veterans Affairs occupies 3,185 SF of space at 888 West Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana, CA 92701 under Lease No. VA262-13-L-0096 as a counseling center, which expires on May 31, 2020. The Government is seeking to remain in a 3,185 SF of contiguous office space and would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate. The location must also provide ample parking (minimum of nine space) to include ADA compliant spaces. A lease for up to 20 years will be considered.
