The purpose of this contract is to have a contractor replace vehicle safeties, the vehicle tires, and repair the hopper assembly. Services will comply with all DVA, local, state, and federal policies and regulations (e.g., NFPA, OSHA), and be completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations listed below for the appropriate model: M636 Green Machine. 1.Vendor will conduct the following service repairs on the above-mentioned equipment: Replace the main hopper components and main harness wiring, replace all air conditioning parts and compressor, replace the tires on the machine, repair the hopper safety arm component, repair the side door mounts, and repair the fuel system. 2.The List of parts have been attached in a separate spreadsheet to correctly identify the required parts, quantities, part numbers, and descriptions. 3.The vendor will accept responsibility of all trash and waste after the completion of the service. All waste will be disposed of in the applicable manner offsite after the service.

Solicitation # 36C26220Q0088 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard is $7.5 million for this procurement. This procurement will be issued as a 100% total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), see FAR Clause 52.219-14 and VAAR Clause 819.219-10. The Government is seeking a Contractor to furnish all equipment, expertise, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation, qualified personnel and certifications required to perform / provide the following in accordance / compliance with current code(s), directives, regulations, and industry standards at/for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System.
