Paragraph 1.02 Amount and Type of Space, Lease Term, and Occupancy Date (OCT 2016) shall be amended as follows: The Government is seeking to lease up to 11,700 of American National Standard Institute/Building Owner and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) office area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below: North: South of Interstate 10 Freeway South: Redlands Blvd. East: Alabama Street West: East of South Tippecanoe Ave. Paragraph 3.02.
