The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21, plans to issue an RFP for Health Care for Homeless Veterans Low Demand Safe Haven services for beneficiaries of the San Francisco VA Health Care System. The RFP is planned for issuance on or about October 22, 2026. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov to be eligible for award consideration.
