A sample statement of work is attached. Interested contractors are asked to provide a capability statement, socioeconomic status, SAM Unique Entity ID and point-of-contact details, relevant government/commercial project experience, subcontracting and limitations-on-subcontracting information, and a GSA contract number if applicable. Respondents should also provide a price estimate covering five ordering periods for moving and storage services for exhaust fans described in the sample statement of work.
