The VA Palo Alto Health Care System needs its nonfunctional Philips Epiq CVx echo ultrasound machine repaired and restored to original manufacturer specifications so veteran echocardiography procedures can resume. The work includes replacing the Philips computer assembly IMB3 9th Gen EPIQ and Voyager Platform Power Module. Responsible sources may submit quotes and supporting documentation demonstrating their capability to perform the requirement. Responses will be used only to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted instead of the described sole-source acquisition; if no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole-source award. The Government will not pay for information submitted.
