The requirement is classified under NAICS 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing), with an SBA size standard of 1000 employees and PSC 6515. The Government believes only Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. possesses the required capabilities as sole manufacturer and distributor of this complex equipment, which is critical to Veteran care.
