This is a total SDVOSB set-aside, firm-fixed-price construction requirement to replace the roof on Building 347 at the Palo Alto VA Medical Center – Menlo Park, 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025-2539. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, and a site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT at the front of Building 347. Bid bonds must be submitted with proposals, payment and performance bonds are required, and DBA Wage Determination No. CA20260018 dated 20260917 applies. The government intends to award one contract using a comparative analysis/best-value approach and may select a higher-rated or higher-priced quotation if the added benefits warrant it.
