This Sources Sought Announcement seeks information for a potential contract to provide diesel fuel testing/polishing and inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of government-owned USTs, ASTs, day tanks, and associated fuel piping at VA Palo Alto Health Care System facilities in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Livermore, CA. The contractor would supply all management, labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, certifications/licenses, and regulatory compliance with California EPA/CARB, OSHA, NFPA, API, PEI, and other applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
