Services include care, treatment, rehabilitative services, outreach, case management, and housing for eligible homeless Veterans in San Joaquin County, CA, with 10 beds per day under the draft PWS. The anticipated period of performance is February 1, 2027 through January 31, 2032, structured in five ordering periods.
