This amendment posts the sign-in roster for the October 23, 2026, 10:00 AM PT site visit for a commercial construction requirement to replace flooring at VA McClellan. The procurement is a total SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 236220, will award one firm-fixed-price contract on a price-only basis, and requires bid, payment, and performance bonds. The VA seeks a firm-fixed-price commercial construction contractor to replace flooring at three McClellan VA locations in McClellan Park, CA: Building 98 at 5342 Dudley Blvd, Administrative Building 209 at 3230 Peacekeeper Way, and Administrative Building 949 at 3401 Beech St. This is a total SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 236220 with a $45.0M small business size standard. Performance is 160 calendar days after notice to proceed. A bid guarantee and payment and performance bonds are required, and quoters are urged to inspect the sites, with failure to inspect not constituting grounds for later claim or modification. Award will be made to one responsible vendor on a price-only basis, and Davis-Bacon wage determination CA20260007 dated 9/3/2026 applies.
