The VA is conducting market research for a project to replace the epoxy floor in the Canteen Food Service Area of Building 101 at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, located at 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. The work includes all labor and materials, as well as moving, protecting, and storing furniture, fixtures, and equipment to support the floor replacement. The performance period is 45 consecutive calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
