This is a sources sought announcement, not a solicitation, for maintenance flooring services covering repairs and installation of luxury vinyl tile, carpet tile, and rubber base for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Performance locations include the Ioannis A. Lougaris VA Medical Center in Reno, NV, and multiple off-campus sites in Reno, Gardnerville, Fallon, and Winnemucca, NV, and Susanville, CA, potentially up to 166 miles from the main campus. Contractors must have a physical location within 50 miles of the main campus and be available to perform within 24–48 hours for emergencies and within an immediate two-week period for non-emergencies. Experience in commercial/hospital environments, use of own employees with no temporary laborers, and compliance with subcontracting limitations are required.
