The Department of Veterans Affairs will issue a request for proposal for construction services to replace fire and security alarms in Buildings 911 and 98 at the VA McClellan Medical Center in California. The project is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The estimated construction cost is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Offerors must be registered in SAM and verified as an SDVOSB through the SBA’s VetCert program. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment per the drawings and specifications, including Davis-Bacon wage rates.
