This is a pre-solicitation announcement for a project to repair, weatherize, and construct a vestibule for a single elevator at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. The project's estimated budget is between $500,000 and $800,000, and all work will be performed in San Francisco. The eventual solicitation will be issued as a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
