This is a pre-solicitation for Architectural and Engineering Design services to renovate approximately 21,000 GSF of shell space into a dry lab research facility at Building 1002 in Sunnyvale, CA. The project magnitude is disclosed as being between $1 million and $2 million. The performance period is approximately 233 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. This procurement will be a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The work includes site visits, field investigations, and preparing drawings and specifications to facilitate the construction project.
