Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation announcement for a project to modernize generators at the Sparks M. Matsunaga VA Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. The project magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. A tentative site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the medical center in Honolulu. The subsequent Request for Proposal will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a current Online Representations and Certification Application.
