The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) for the purchase, installation, and preventative maintenance of an ACIST CVi Standard Contrast Dye Injector System to B2H Consulting Group LLC. The contract is estimated for final completion by 11/30/2026. The required system must include variable pressurized rate control, user-responsive injection rates, automatic contrast refill, monitoring sensors, and real-time contrast monitoring and documentation. B2H Consulting Group LLC is the exclusive reseller of ACIST products to the VA, and the government believes no other source can satisfy the requirement. Interested parties capable of meeting the requirement may submit a response with supporting documentation, though the government will proceed with the sole-source acquisition if no viable responses are received.
