The VA is conducting a sources sought to identify qualified socio-economic firms (including SDVOSB, VOSB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a)) capable of providing architectural design services for patient lift upgrades at the VA Menlo Park Division (Buildings 331, 348, and 360) of the Palo Alto VA Medical Center.
