The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking offers for a contract to provide emergency residential services with medically enhanced support for homeless Veterans in Clark County, Nevada, including the Las Vegas Valley Area. The contractor would operate a community-based residential facility offering 24/7 room and board, three daily meals, laundry, medication management, and individualized case management focused on housing stability. A dedicated full-time, on-site medical case manager is required, with a minimum staffing ratio of one case manager per 12 Veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System intends to contract for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) emergency residential services with medically enhanced support in Clark County, Nevada, including the Las Vegas Valley Area. The contractor will provide emergency housing, meals, and supportive services to homeless Veterans in a community-based, home-like residential facility. Required services include 24/7 room and board, three meals daily plus snacks, laundry facilities, medication management support, and individualized case management aimed at achieving permanent housing. A dedicated full-time on-site medical case manager must be provided at a minimum ratio of one per 12 Veterans; detoxification and hospital-level care are not required.
