The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Build Clinical LLC for digital participant recruitment services for VA-funded research studies at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. The project focuses on recruiting Veterans aged 18–55 with combat-related trauma and chronic low back pain within the San Francisco, CA catchment area. The contract will have a ten-month performance period. This is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation will be posted. Interested parties may only express their capability to provide the same services by the specified closing date for consideration, though the government retains discretion not to compete.
