The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to ESAOTE NORTH AMERICA INC for proprietary 3Mensio and CAAS MR medical software subscriptions and related services. The performance period for all items and services is from May 15, 2026, to May 14, 2027. The work is on behalf of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The vendor must be the OEM or an authorized dealer/distributor for these items and provide documentation proving that authority. While this is a notice of intent for a sole-source award, the government will consider capability statements from other responsible sources before making a final determination.
