This is a preliminary Sources Sought announcement for nonemergent wheelchair and gurney transportation services for the Palo Alto VA Medical Center and its associated clinics. The services are required 24/7 and the contractor must provide all vehicles, personnel, and management. The work will be performed for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) and its associated clinics in the area. Interested parties must submit capability information, including business size and relevant experience, to the specified Contract Specialist by 11:00am PST on March 2, 2026.
