This is a pre-solicitation for services to maintain regulatory compliance through the disposal of controlled and non-controlled substances and environmental sampling for a VA pharmacy. The contractor will manage a reverse distribution process to secure maximum credit returns for returned pharmaceuticals and must provide tracking software with full access to the government. Controlled substance destruction must be completed at least quarterly. The work is for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS).
