THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide comprehensive repair services for VA fleet vehicles as requested in support of Guam VA Clinic, a part VA Pacific Islands Health Care System. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811111, general automotive repair and the small business size standard is $9 Million. A draft Statement of Work (SOW), subject to change, is attached to this notice. The period-of-performance (POP) for the base year 01/01/2026 12/31/2026 plus four one-year option periods. All interested contractors must respond by email to parmpreet.pannu@va.gov no later than 2:00 PM PST on 12/16/2025. The assigned sources sought announcement number 36C26126Q0255 should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Please answer the following questions when responding: a) What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.). b) If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered in https://veterans.certify.sba.gov (Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) ). c) Provide Company s legal name along with UEI #, DUNS, and/or CAGE Code d) Capabilities Statement List of Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. e) Anticipated Teaming Arrangements (if any). f) If plan on subcontracting, demonstrate that you will meet the limitations on subcontracting per FAR 52.219-14 for Small Businesses; VAAR 852.219-73/74 for SDVOSB/VOSB. g) GSA/VA/SEWP or any government contract; provide the Contract #, if applicable h) The applicable wage determinations are WD 2015-5693 Revision No. 25 Dated 7-7-25. The Government will use this information when determining its business type decision. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government and no contract will be awarded as a direct result of this Sources Sought announcement.
