Provide clarification in 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 regarding the required factors of evaluation, which include meeting the technical requirement of providing the brand name line item and documentation regarding being an authorized distributor of the required brand name line item. b. Instruct vendors that during the solicitation process, the only point of contact that should be contacted is the below Contracting POC as noted in the request for quote.
