Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Fresno campus has a requirement to Replace Safety Valves On 3 Boilers in accordance (IAW) with the draft statement of work (SOW), data report, and drawings. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all the requirements listed in this notice. See attached documents. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the data report, and drawings for review ahead of a scheduled sited visit To Be Determined and will be released with solicitation posting. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set aside on the open market. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. PSC Code is Z1NZ Maintenance of Other Utilities. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with VAAR 836.204. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/).
