Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 30, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of the project is less than $25,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to Investigate and Repair Underground Storage Tank in accordance with the SOW located on the SFVAMC Campus located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The duration of this project is approximately 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
