The contractor must provide construction services for Power Upgrade to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) McClellan Bldg. 98, located at 5342 Dudley Blvd, McClellan Park, CA 95652. Contractor to provide all personnel, expertise, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, planning, scheduling, administrative support, due diligence and other items and services necessary, as described in the Statement of Work, specifications and attachments. All contractor personnel must possess all certifications and licenses required by Local, State, and Federal jurisdictions to perform this work.
