OPPORTUNITIES DESCRIPTION Construction Service for Project No. 612-25-017, Replace Flooring throughout VA Northern California Healthcare System (VANCHCS). This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around July 23, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This requirement is a total set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. In Accordance With (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is anticipated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The purpose of this project is to replace flooring throughout VANCHCS. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials needed to perform all demolition, replacement, and installation required by this scope as required by the project statement of work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days from when the notice to proceed (NTP) is issued.
