**This is a Pre-Solicitation Announcement Only** Replace Flooring Throughout Sacramento Medical Center VA Medical Center Mather, McClellan, CA Project # 612A4-25-011 This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around June 20, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. This requirement is being procured as a FAR Part 16, 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. Only VISN 21 MACC group 2 Contract holders are invited to participate. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and Small Business Association s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT) at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $19M. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This information is provided in accordance with FAR 36.204. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to alex.arter@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a general construction contractor for the Replace Flooring Throughout requirement in accordance with the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings.
