The Government requests that interested parties review the Description of Construction and provide the proposal information to the Contracting Officer, Nicole Renfrew, at Nicole.Renfrew@va.gov, by 10:00 AM PST on June 12, 2025. The contractor must provide all personnel, expertise, equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervision, planning, scheduling, administrative support, due diligence and other items and services necessary, as described in the Statement of Work. This requirement is to provide installation of a fire protection backflow prevention device to the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) McClellan Warehouse, Building 911, located at 5443 Dudley Boulevard, McClellan, CA 95652. The objective of this project is installation of a fire protection backflow prevention device to meet regulatory requirements in compliance with Local, State and Federal installation standards, coordinated to meet Sacramento Suburban Water District (SSWD) regulatory requirements. All contractor personnel must possess all certifications and licenses required by Local, State, and Federal jurisdictions to perform this work.
