This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify any interested firms under the NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 Contractor holders that are interested in and capable of performing the work described in the attached statement of work. The NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the corresponding size standard is $45M. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, whether utilizing the MACC would result in at least two (2) participants in the requirement, or if an open market approach would be required. A copy of the statement of work is attached for additional information on this requirement. Interested firms from the NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 should send their information by E-mail to kristin.kennedy1@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Thursday, December 19, 2024, on the attached response form.
